Step 1: Create an interview
Add some basic candidate information and select the assessment that you want to send to the candidate.

Step 2: Send it to the candidate
Send the candidate a link to the test.
Step 3: The candidate completes the test
We handle all of this and notify you once it’s done.
Step 4: Review the submission
You can review the candidate’s submission and decide whether or not to proceed
